Two people doing it really well are Sam Parr and Matt Arnold-Ladensack. Sam Parr is a serial tech entrepreneur and business podcast host who owns a 29 Acre Ranch in Texas and rents out rooms in his converted space out back. Matt Arnold-Ladensack owns the real estate brokerage where I hold my license and recently opened his vacation rental community, Clydesdale Outpost. His community features multiple luxury cabins, 100 Acres of land, a guided horse tour, and much more. Both properties generate substantial revenues that allow them to offset their primary residence, reinvest in the property itself, and cater to their guest experience. So instead of a basketball court or fire pit being classified as a luxury purchase, it can now be written off as a business expense that increases the equity and rental income. What a business model!

I wouldn't mind the lifestyle.
